## 2. PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES & BOOKINGS
Information about photography packages, pricing, availability, and services displayed on this website is subject to change.
A date is not considered officially reserved until the required contract and retainer/payment have been completed and received.
Specific services, deliverables, payment schedules, cancellation policies, rescheduling policies, and other terms relating to a photography booking will be outlined in the photography agreement provided to each client.
If there is a conflict between these website Terms & Conditions and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement will control with respect to that photography booking.
## 3. PAYMENTS
All payments, retainers, deposits, installment schedules, and remaining balances are governed by the applicable client agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, a retainer may be required to reserve a date and may be non-refundable.
Failure to make payments according to the agreed payment schedule may result in cancellation or suspension of services, subject to the terms of the applicable client agreement.
## 4. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Photography services are often booked well in advance, and dates are reserved specifically for clients.
Cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, refunds, and date changes are subject to the terms outlined in the applicable signed client agreement.
In the event of circumstances outside my reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, illness, venue closures, government restrictions, or other emergencies, I will make reasonable efforts to work with the client on an appropriate solution as outlined in the client agreement.
## 5. COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all photographs, images, videos, graphics, text, logos, branding, website content, and other creative materials displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to Rachael Mitchell Photography and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish, or use any photographs or other website content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
A client receiving digital photographs does not automatically receive ownership of the copyright in those photographs. Copyright remains with the photographer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
