PINE is a wedding venue located in the Charlotte NODA neighborhood. Since this area first opened, it has served as a haven for creatives in the area. There are nearby concert venues, art galleries, studios, and more. PINE itself is owned by 828 Venue Management Company, a business dedicated to doing things a little differently. When you team up with this group, you can count on a wedding that’s just as unique as you!
Details of the Grounds
PINE provides you with over 6,000 square feet of indoor wedding venue space. This area boasts tall white walls, floor-to-ceiling windows, a raftered, industrial ceiling, and cement floors. With your decorations, this room will look positively divine! This is your go-to venue for large events. The space can accommodate up to 325 guests!
Once your wedding wraps up, the venue can be transformed into a reception space. You will have plenty of room to walk around and mingle before it’s time to dance! The venue has a modern, tiled bar where you can dish out cocktails all night long. This location is right next to an exit, giving you the ability to set up high-top tables just outside. There is also a fully-furnished lounge your guests can use.
The venue has two client suites you can use to get ready ahead of your event. Sit back, pop open some bubbly, and put on the finishing touches with your besties!
Pine serves as your blank-slate wedding venue. The walls and the ceilings are white, while the concrete floors can be warmed up with rugs. A loft runs through the space, and you’ll have access to it throughout your night. There are modern white and brass chandeliers throughout to dress up the room.

The PINE wedding venue has a few favorite spots for you to use for your portraits. The exterior is slate black with several balconies. You can use this area for your first look portraits as well as your first pictures together as a married couple, The nearby staircase is also going to serve as a rich backdrop for your couple and group photos.
