CIrca 1898, The Victorian: Youngsville is full of history. With elements spread throughout the space that are original to the home built by merchant J.B. Perry, this venue highlights some stunning details such as woodworking, window panes, and light fixtures. Additionally, after the home was renovated, an English garden was uncovered in the back area, where memorable wedding receptions are held today! Some of the original stonework still exists and offers a beautiful touch to the venue, resulting in wedding portraits.
Details of the Grounds
The Victorian: Youngsville is mainly an outdoor wedding venue. Here, you can comfortably seat up to 200 guests on the patio. Couples can also take advantage of a tent rental in case of inclement weather. For indoor receptions, the venue can accommodate up to 70 guests for a seated dinner or standing room for up to 120.
Couples can say “I do” under beautiful magnolia trees and invite their guests to relax during cocktail hour on the wrap-around porch, as well as downstairs inside the home next to a warm fireplace. When the ceremony is over, enjoy the party with dancing and drinks under the stars on the patios with twinkling lights!
